1. Free Quotation - We will come to your house inspect your carpets and measure them and give you a FREE quotation. If you then want to go ahead with the cleaning we then make a seperate date for the cleaning to take place.
2. Vacuuming - First we vacuum your carpet
3. Move Large Furnishings - We will move larger furnishings - such as chairs, tables and beds but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items and TVs etc before we arrive
4.Pre-spot difficult stains - We will pre-spot your carpet for all difficult stains. Then we will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains.
5. Heavy Duty Pre - Spray - Next we will apply a heavy-duty spray speacially designed to lift oildirt and pullants from your carpet fibres and suspaend them floating in an aqueous solution ready to be quickly and safely extracted usung our state of the art machines.
6.Hot Water Extraction machine- Our portable high pressure hot water extraction unit cleans much better because it heats water to high temperature and then shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet. The machine then produces a vacuum to draw the dirt and chemical out of your carpet
7. Residue Rinse- We use the extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinsethat helps to retard re - soiling
8 Protective Tabs - Furniture is replaced back onto the carpewith protective plastic blocks under the legs. Why? Well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour stain from your furniure leaving a stain on your carpet which is very difficult to then remove.
9. Grooming - Where appropriate we will groom your carpet to leave it in the best possible condition. This usually means we will room a groom rake over your carpet to ensure the fibres are tangle free and as fluffy as possible.
10. Carpet Protector - This is an excellent choice if you have a busy household or if you want to ensure cleaner carpet and furnishings for longer. It makes regular cleaning easier and aids in effective removal of spills. Carpet protector does wear off and would need to be re- applied every 12 - 18 months.
